Canny B's Refund & Return Policy
Because our products are perishable, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is unopened and in its original condition.
If you’d like to request a refund or exchange, please reach out to us at support@cannybs.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Snap a few clear photos if you can; it helps us see the full picture and get things sorted right away. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A restocking charge of 25% of the return may apply and will be deducted from refund amount.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days. Note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Make sure to check in with us before sending anything back. If it comes back unannounced, we can’t refund or replace it; this keeps things easy and smooth for everyone.
Did Something Happen In Transit ?
If your order is damaged en-route, send us a photo to support@cannybs.com within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it free of charge!
Whoops! Did we grab the wrong thing off the shelf for you? No worries! Just send us an email to support@cannybs.com and we'll get the correct item shipped out to you right away. No need to send anything back—this one’s on us!
